Free returns and refund

*Items indicated as "on final sale" are non-exchangeable and non-refundable (bodysuits, hats, socks, bralettes and jewelry). 

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not, we will be happy to refund your money.

Conditions

We offer free returns by Canada Post for a full refund of the amount of your purchase. Please note that returns are for refunds only, not exchanges. You have 20 days following the date of your purchase to return your items to our head office.

We only accept items that have not been worn, that still have their tags attached and that are acceptable for resale. We will not accept the return of merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged or soiled. Also, we do not accept items on final sale, bodysuits, hats, socks, bralettes or jewellery. If you send them anyway, the items will not be returned.

Under certain circumstances, we may refuse or delay a return. For example, in the case of a complaint of fraud or any form of abuse.

You may return your items exceptionally by Canada Post. Be sure to use packaging that will preserve the merchandise in its original condition. We are not responsible for packages not received if they were shipped via another carrier that does not have a tracking system. If you are mailing your package, postage is required. We will not accept returns of parcels that require payment for delivery to their destination. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Once the package is received, please allow approximately 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Please also allow a few days for your bank to process your refund.

Steps

1. To start your return, please start by entering the missing information by clicking on this link: https://shopcolori.returnly.com

2. Once your request has been sent, please allow 1 to 3 business days for your return label to be emailed to you.
3. Once you have received your return label by email, please print it out.
4. Pack your item(s) carefully, inserting your return paper which indicates the reason for the return.
5. Stick the return label on your package.
6. Return the merchandise by mail to the Canada Post distribution centre nearest your home.
7. Please be patient. Returns take 1-5 business days to process from the time they arrive at our head office. Please note that refunds may take several business days to be reflected on your credit card account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchange 

Please note that returns are only for a refund. We do not allow the exchange option once you have returned your package. If you wish to have a different size, please place a new order.
