For an exchange only, you can come to one of our boutiques. However, it is not possible to obtain a refund in our boutiques. Only exchanges are possible. We do not accept items on final sale, bodysuits, hats, socks, bralettes or jewellery. You have 10 days following the date of your purchase to make an exchange. We allow exchanges provided that:

  • You have your original web receipt.
  • The label is still attached to the item.
  • The item has not been worn or washed.

In light of COVID-19, our top priority is to ensure the safety and health of our staff and our loyal customers. Under the current circumstances, Colori has made the difficult decision to close its stores indefinitely.

In-Store Web Exchanges

We will allow exchanges, up to 20 days after the official re-opening of our shops, on condition that :

  • You have your original web receipt.
  • That the label is still attached to the item.
  • The item has not been worn or washed.
  • That your purchase was made after March 1st, 2020.
