RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

*Items indicated as "on final sale", bodysuits, hats, socks, bralettes, and jewelry are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

We hope you are satisfied with your online purchase. However, if you are not, we will be happy to take back the item(s) in question.

Exchanges

For an exchange only, you can come to one of our boutiques. However, it is not possible to obtain a refund in our boutiques. Only exchanges are possible. We do not accept items on final sale, bodysuits, hats, socks, bralettes or jewellery. You have 10 days following the date of your purchase to make an exchange. We allow exchanges provided that: 
  • You have your original web receipt.
  • The label is still attached to the item.
  • The item has not been worn or washed.

Free Returns and Refunds

Conditions

We offer free returns by Canada Post for a full refund of the amount of your purchase. Please note that returns are for refunds only, not exchanges. You have 20 days following the date of your purchase to return your items to our head office.

We only accept items that have not been worn, that still have their tags attached and that are acceptable for resale. We will not accept the return of merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged or soiled. Also, we do not accept items on final sale, bodysuits, hats, socks, bralettes or jewellery. If you send them anyway, the items will not be returned.

Under certain circumstances, we may refuse or delay a return. For example, in the case of a complaint of fraud or any form of abuse.

You may return your items exceptionally by Canada Post. Be sure to use packaging that will preserve the merchandise in its original condition. We are not responsible for packages not received if they were shipped via another carrier that does not have a tracking system. If you are mailing your package, postage is required. We will not accept returns of parcels that require payment for delivery to their destination. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Once the package is received, please allow approximately 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Please also allow a few days for your bank to process your refund.

Procedure

You must return the merchandise by mail to the Canada Post distribution centre. Please indicate the reason for the return on the invoice.

Closing of our boutiques

In light of COVID-19, our top priority is to ensure the safety and health of our staff and our loyal customers. Under the current circumstances, Colori has made the difficult decision to close its stores indefinitely.

In-Store Web Exchanges

We will allow exchanges, up to 20 days after the official re-opening of our shops, on condition that :

  • You have your original web receipt.
  • That the label is still attached to the item.
  • The item has not been worn or washed.
  • That your purchase was made after March 1st, 2020.

Open online store 24/7

Despite the fact that we will miss your presence, our online boutique remains operational. Discover our new products daily. Allow us to give you a break from the news by taking advantage of a 20% discount on everything online.
